I acquired this beautiful top from my great grammy, who said belonged to her sister. And how gorgeous it is! I adore the scalloped hem and the beaded trim that falls from it. I really wish I could have met my great aunt. I started collecting hats when I was given a small box of hats that belonged to her. Boy, did she have a lovely sense of fashion. :)

Hi Lauren! Katherine M. here (Janell's friend in Maine). I just now came across your blog and thought I'd say hi. Your photography is so creative and fun to look through! I noticed in the top photo you have the book So Much More on your nightstand. That book has been one of my favorites for a few years now. What are your thoughts on it?
Blessings to you!
ps. That is such a beautiful top you're wearing in the above photos :)
Hey Katherine!
Thanks! I am about 1/3 through the book and it's really been great so far. It has a lot of really good points and has many things I hadn't thought before. I am enjoying it quite a bit! Also, I received Joyfully At Home by Jasmine Baucham for Christmas..the two books go very well together.
Blessings to you too! :)
Aw.. SO pretty ! :) My two grandmas passed away and it's something I'm really sad about. I wish they could have shown me things, told me stories and given pretty things like this one :)
