I took these on a trip to Boston, as I tagged along with my friend and her classmates. I found that little Orpheum Theatre tucked in between two tall, overshadowing buildings. I love pieces of history tucked away to find. Contrary to it's small outward appearance, the theatre is much more grand on the inside (I found out later, Google-ling it). Perhaps, I'll catch a performance there if something good comes along.

Looks Like Neopolitan
My newest sewing project...almost finished! I tried it on yesterday and I felt like a nurse. It came out looking like a 1950's house dress. Which I would usually love, but really it didn't come out like I thought it would. I have yet to put the buttons on, so that might help. And I'll shorten the sleeves.
The pattern is from 1971. Ew, I know, tell me about it. (Not to offend anyone who's into 70's fashion. It's not me.) But it has a 40's/50's feel. I got it from my grandmas stash of patterns (boxes upon boxes of them!). I want to be like my grandma someday.
